My family think I'm mad! When the cherry blossom starts bursting out on the tree in our garden, I literally jump for joy. It's signifies the start of spring for me and the expectation of warmer days when I can sit and craft in the garden.
The tree was planted when we moved into our house. It was a new build, so there was nothig but a square of grass. We planted the flowering cherry to mask the side of another house, but it has become a focal point in the street. When someone asks me where I live they will often say, "Oh, the one with the beautiful cherry tree?"
Pink / Blue / Red
The colour palette, with hex and RGB codes, has been provided for reference. This has also been matched to the nearest tones in a few of my favourite yarns: Stylecraft Special DK, Paintbox DK, Caron Simply Soft and Red Heart Super Saver.
