I really like the look and feel of a Travelers Notebook. If you haven't already discovered them, they are a simple and customisable way of storing notebooks without any need for clunky metal rings or spirals. Look them up - you won't be disappointed!
In true Craft Pixie style, I decided to make one myself. Roll on a few days of pondering and rummaging in my fabric stash and I created this beautiful cover. I found a pretty tassel to finish it off and I am over the moon with it. It holds my self designed notebooks and I use it most days to make pattern notes or just doodle.
Prink / Red / Brown
The colour palette, with hex and RGB codes, has been provided for reference. This has also been matched to the nearest tones in a few of my favourite yarns: Stylecraft Special DK, Paintbox DK, Caron Simply Soft and Red Heart Super Saver.
Please note that the yarn colours shown are an approximation of the true shades. It is impossible to find the specific colour codes for yarn, as it tends to be a subtle mix of colour. The suggested colour palettes, therefore, use the picture for inspiration and are just for fun.
